Bayelsa PDP Congratulates New Acting National Chairman, Alhaji Abdulrahman, Urges Unity and Repositioning

Yenagoa, Bayelsa State — The Bayelsa State Chapter of the People's Democratic Party (PDP) has extended warm congratulations to Alhaji Mohammed Abdulrahman on his emergence as the Acting National Chairman of the party. In a statement signed by Alasuote Wright, Acting Publicity Secretary of the PDP Bayelsa State, the party noted that the appointment is a welcome development that is expected to bring a new wave of hope and renewed vigor to the party.

"We commend the party's leadership for this appointment, which we believe will bring a new wave of hope and renewed vigor to the party," the statement read. "We urge the new Acting National Chairman to seize this momentous opportunity to reposition the PDP family, restore the confidence of its teeming members, and work towards uniting the party across the country."

The Bayelsa PDP assured the new leadership of its unwavering support and commitment to the party's ideals, expressing confidence that collective efforts would steer the PDP back to its glorious path and reclaim the people's mandate.

The state Acting Chairman, of the PDP, Hon. Barr. Alabh George Turnah, MON, while congratulating Alhaji Mohammed Abdulrahman, expressed optimism that the new leadership would bring the desired change and progress to the party.
