BAYELSA YOUTH DEVELOPMENT DG, IGALI, VISITS TURNAH IN ABUJA

The Director General of the Bayelsa State Centre for Youth Development, Robert Igali, has visited Hon. Barr. Alabh George Turnah, MON in Abuja, to congratulate him on his assumption of office as Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Bayelsa State, and to seek forgiveness over past misunderstandings.

Igali, who was accompanied by a delegation of youths from Bayelsa State, including the Deputy Director General, Centre for Youth Development, Bayelsa East, John Jacob, described the visit as part of ongoing efforts to promote unity, reconciliation, and collective progress among stakeholders.

Members of the delegation, while congratulating Turnah, expressed strong confidence in his outstanding leadership qualities, describing him as a focused, resilient, and result-oriented leader whose style of leadership is worthy of emulation.

They noted that his commitment to unity, discipline, and grassroots development has inspired renewed hope among the younger generation.

The meeting is seen as a positive step toward strengthening cohesion, advancing youth development and empowerment in Bayelsa State, and fostering a united front ahead of future engagements, in line with Turnah’s commitment to nurturing and supporting vibrant, result-oriented, and focused youths across the state and beyond.
