PDP Chairman Appoints Kelvin Loveday-Egbo as Media Assistant in Bayelsa

Yenagoa, Bayelsa - The Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Bayelsa State, Hon. Barr. Alabh George Turnah, MON, has approved the appointment of Mr. Kelvin Loveday-Egbo as Media Assistant to the Chairman.

The appointment, which takes immediate effect, was announced in a press statement issued on Tuesday by the State Publicity Secretary of the party, Hon. Ikaebimo Mark.

According to the statement, the appointment of Loveday-Egbo is in recognition of his competence, dedication and wealth of experience in media and public communication.

The party leadership expressed confidence that his expertise would significantly strengthen the dissemination of information about the party’s activities and improve engagement with members of the public and key stakeholders across the state.

In his new role, Loveday-Egbo will support the office of the State Chairman in managing media relations, coordinating publicity for party programmes and activities, as well as promoting the ideals and policies of the PDP in Bayelsa State.

The statement further noted that the State Chairman is confident that Loveday-Egbo will bring professionalism, commitment and strategic communication skills to the discharge of his responsibilities.

The party leadership also congratulated the new Media Assistant on his appointment and wished him success in his new assignment.
