PDP COMMENCES E-REGISTRATION IN BAYELSA STATE

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has commenced its Electronic Membership registration in Bayelsa State through the party’s official portal, https://pdpnigeria.org as part of efforts to strengthen its membership base and deepen internal democracy.

Speaking shortly after completing his own registration, the Bayelsa State Chairman of the PDP, Hon. Barr. Alabh George Turnah, MON, called on Bayelsans and non-indigenes residing in the state to take advantage of the registration window to enlist and become legitimate members of the party.

According to a statement by Kelvin Loveday-Egbo, his Media Assistant, Turnah particularly encouraged young people, men and women across the state to actively participate in the process, noting that the PDP remains a credible platform through which citizens can pursue their political aspirations and freely express their choice of leaders.

He added that wider participation in the e-registration exercise would further strengthen the party’s structures and position it to continue driving the political, economic, and infrastructural transformation of Bayelsa State.
