TURNAH RECEIVES SPECIAL ACCOLADES AT PDP NATIONAL CONVENTION

Abuja - The Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Bayelsa State, Hon. Barr. Alabh George Turnah, MON, has received special recognitions at the Party’s 2026 National Convention in Abuja for his resilience, steadfastness, and unwavering commitment to the unity and stability of the PDP.

The National Chairman of the party, Hon. Abdulrahman Mohammed, in his opening remarks at the convention, commended Turnah for his courage and firmness in the face of daunting challenges, particularly his principled stand for the continuity and survival of the party during critical moments.

He further acknowledged Turnah’s significant contributions to the party’s legal engagements, describing him as a strong and dependable voice who consistently defended the integrity and legitimacy of the PDP at both the state and national levels.

The National Chairman also commended Turnah for his steadfastness and courage in weathering the storm that tested the unity of the PDP family in Bayelsa State, noting that his resolute leadership helped stabilize the party during a critical period.
