BISHOP MORRIS BILLION DJANERE DEDICATES ULTRA-MODERN CHURCH AUDITORIUM, RETURNS GLORY TO GOD

WARRI, DELTA STATE - It was a moment of thanksgiving, celebration, and spiritual reflection as the Founder and Presiding Bishop of Hope Alive Liberation Church, Bishop Morris Billion Djanere, dedicated a magnificent new church auditorium to the glory of God on Saturday, May 30, 2026.
The colourful dedication ceremony, held at the church headquarters in Warri, attracted an impressive gathering of clergymen, traditional rulers, political leaders, captains of industry, and worshippers from across Delta State and beyond.
Speaking with journalists shortly after the dedication, Bishop Djanere attributed the successful completion of the project to divine guidance, unwavering faith, patience, and total obedience to God's instructions.
According to him, the vision for the church edifice was birthed through a process of trusting God completely without resorting to borrowing or external financial pressure.
“This building is a testimony of God's faithfulness. The journey began with obedience to God's instruction to acquire the land without borrowing from anyone. Thereafter, God began to send destiny helpers; some known to me and others complete strangers. Through His divine provision, we are gathered here today, barely two years later, to dedicate this beautiful sanctuary to His glory,” he said.
The respected cleric urged ministers of the Gospel to embrace patience, humility, and obedience in pursuing God's vision for their ministries.
“Pastors must learn to wait on God, trust His timing, obey His instructions, and honour spiritual fathers. I have benefited immensely from the wisdom and guidance of fathers of faith, and I believe that humility attracts divine favour and honour,” he added.
Bishop Djanere also paid glowing tribute to his wife for her steadfast support throughout the years, describing her as a dependable partner who stood by him through every phase of the ministry's growth.
The event witnessed the presence of several prominent personalities, including Archbishop Goddowell Avwomakpa of Enugu; St. Dikeji Daniel Miyerijesu; Bishop Willie Aboh; Rt. Hon. (Barr.) Arthur Akpowowo; Chairman of Ughelli North Local Government Area, Hon. Jaro Movudu Egbo; Engr. Oluwaseyi Omotowa; Dr. Leemon A. Ikpea; His Royal Majesty Clement Ikolo, the King of Ancient Ewurhuobo Kingdom; Prophet Omoghene Oyovwi; His Royal Eminence Archbishop Iboyi Goddey; and His Royal Majesty Evang. Kingsley Emakpo Orere, the Ovie of Agbarha-Warri Kingdom, among other distinguished guests.
In his goodwill message, Archbishop Iboyi Goddey described Bishop Djanere as a committed servant of God whose ministry has impacted countless lives and advanced the Gospel in Urhobo land and beyond.
“Bishop Morris Billion Djanere is a man of integrity and truth. God has used him tremendously in expanding His Kingdom and bringing souls to Christ. We celebrate what God is doing through him and pray that greater international doors of ministry and influence will continue to open unto him,” Archbishop Goddey stated.
The dedication ceremony featured thanksgiving sessions, special prayers, worship ministrations, testimonies, and expressions of gratitude from members and well-wishers who recounted the remarkable growth of the ministry over the years.
In his closing remarks, Bishop Djanere offered prayers for all attendees, declaring God's blessings upon their families, businesses, careers, and ministries.
“It is my sincere prayer that God grants your heart desires without delay. May you go forth in the power of the Holy Spirit and experience divine favour in every area of your lives. Thank you all for celebrating with us,” he prayed.
The event concluded amidst jubilation and thanksgiving as worshippers and guests celebrated what many described as another significant milestone in the expansion of God's Kingdom through Hope Alive Liberation Church.
