BAYELSA PDP PASSES VOTE OF CONFIDENCE ON JOSHUA MACIVER, COMMENDS HIM FOR N70M MONTHLY SUPPORT

Yenagoa, Bayelsa - The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Bayelsa State, has passed a vote of confidence and commendation on the Leader of the Party in the State, His Excellency Great Joshua MacIver, for his financial support of N70 million monthly towards the administration and operations of the Party.

The commendation followed a motion moved by the state legal adviser of the party, Hon. A.G.O Agorodi Esq. Ph.D and seconded by the Senatorial Vice Chairman East, Hon. Andy Majors during the 1st Expanded Meeting of heads of Working Committees in the State. 

Party leaders appreciated MacIver’s commitment to strengthening the PDP, supporting its structures and enhancing the capacity of the Party to effectively engage its members and grassroots across the State.

The Party described the monthly intervention as a significant demonstration of commitment, sacrifice and belief in the PDP, noting that the resources would contribute meaningfully to the effective running of the Party and the welfare of its structures.

The PDP leadership expressed confidence that the continued collaboration between the Party’s leadership and stakeholders like MacIver would further strengthen internal cohesion, expand the Party’s reach and position the PDP for greater success in forthcoming elections.
