TURNAH PAYS UNSCHEDULED VISIT TO CHIEF CAPTAIN OZU ONGOLI, RECEIVES COMMENDATION FOR RESILIENCE AND FOCUSED LEADERSHIP


Yenagoa, Bayelsa - The Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Bayelsa State, Hon. Chief Alabh George Turnah, MON, Esq., has paid an unscheduled visit to Chief Captain Ozu Ongoli at his residence in Yenagoa.


Turnah, who described the visit as a brief stopover to greet a good friend, was warmly received by the respected elder and community leader.


Speaking during the visit, Chief Captain Ozu Ongoli commended Turnah for his resilience, focused and result-oriented leadership, courage and unwavering commitment to the ideals he believes in.


He described leaders of Turnah’s character as rare in contemporary society, urging those working with and supporting the PDP Chairman to remain courageous, steadfast and committed to his leadership.


Captain Ozu further called on Bayelsans to carefully examine Turnah’s vision for the Party and the State and align with his efforts towards building a stronger and more inclusive political future for the people.


He expressed appreciation to Turnah and his team for finding time to stop by, noting that although the visit was brief and unscheduled, it was a gesture that reflected the value of friendship, respect and personal relationships beyond politics.


In his remarks, Turnah thanked Chief Captain Ozu Ongoli for the warm reception, reiterating that his visit was simply “a stopover to greet a good friend.”
